As any of my friends can testify...my life has been one long series of unbelievable but yet hysterical events. Some not so funny at the time...but given time and perspective, they have proved to be the material of great stories that will be told for generations. Maybe my scribbles here will give you some incite into my twisted, but yet entertaining head.

GO HOKIES! Baby Vick Now On The Scene!


Every year I hold my breath as my Hokies take the field for the first time. Especially this year...the baby brother of Va. Tech's cherished Michael Vick, Marcus Vick made his first QB start for the Hokies after a year of suspension for questionable behavior. The name Vick carries a certain level of respect and expectation in Hokieland and unfortunately Marcus' actions to this point had left the hopes of most fans deflated. But as the season opener at N.C. State progressed Marcus started looking more and more like his elder brother. (Of course as Michael watched closely over him from the Tech sideline.) There were several questionable calls and many rough edges for both teams...but after only several small heart attacks on my part, my boys pulled out a 20-16 victory over the Wolfpack. Good job boys!! Let's improve on that and kick some serious Duke A$$ this weekend!!!!

    yes..you can call me the comment queen!! of course i have to comment on my hokies!! i have fortunately and FINALLY found some hokies in the windy city to watch some hokie ball with. can i say how i almost had a mild heart attack at the end of the nc state game. man..that was a good game. i really enjoyed watching michael eat his french fries, his nachos, his hot dog. HELLO!! enough pics of michael already. that boy has some major BLING. why didn't i date him at tech? why didn't i MARRY him!! WHY was i so concerned about succeeding at school and not finding a rich man to marry!!! :)
